How long will it take to receive my order?

These products are made after you order them, it typically takes 3-5 business days(6-7 for canvas prints & mugs) to process and ship. From there, standard shipping time will apply. 

Is everything Free Shipping?

Yes, everything is currently Free Shipping for all orders within the U.S

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do, however free shipping only applies to U.S orders

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, we will update you with shipping and tracking information via email. From there, you can check on the status of your order.

I ordered the wrong size, what happens now?

We strongly suggest customers review their order thoroughly before purchasing. If you have made a mistake, you need to contact us right away so we can modify your order before it reaches production. Once it's produced, there are no refunds, if however the size is still too small or large for you(it happens), ship it to our mailing address with tracking(customer pays for shipping) and we will order you the correct size. Items must be shipped in the same unused condition it was received. 

There was a mistake on my order, can you fix it?

If there was a mistake on your order on our part, please contact us and we will rectify the issue. Also, after products are printed, it goes through quality control, if for some reason, the quality looks bad, defective, or damaged, please take a picture of it and email it to us at contact@hawaiineiallday.com when you receive it. We will reprint it and send you a new replacement. Please note, the apparel print is made to lasts many correct washes(please wash accordingly).

Where are you located?

We currently do not have a physical store, we do have multiple vendors across the nation that produces our products. Our mailing address is in Hawaii, but we are currently transitioning to Las Vegas, Nevada.
